Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed and any associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Password & Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing your login credentials with anyone else is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity on their account.

2.3 Verification (KYC)

Identity verification (KYC) may be required to withdraw above a certain amount or to claim bonuses. Verification may require a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held until KYC is completed.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals must be made through an approved payment method and the same method used for the original deposit. A minimum withdrawal amount applies — the current limit is shown on the platform.

8.3 Account Closure

Xbjie reserves the right to close any account at any time without providing a reason. If an account is closed without a terms violation, any valid balance will be returned. Users may also close their own account at any time by submitting a request to the support team.
